The Steelers are going to the SuperBowl
I was at Buxy's Salty Dog Saloon today for the fourth quarter of their 21-18 victory over the Colts. It was pretty much the best (read: only) sports experience of my life. Even I knew it was a great game, and I can't even read.
This area's very schizoid about its' sports, mostly because, as far as Ocean City goes, there's not so many people who are actual locals-- everyone's an emigre from PA or western MD or NJ or NY. So there's a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers contingent, a moderate amount of Ravens fans, a bunch of fairweather Redskins people, and plenty of ever-suffering Eagles fans. Along with that, you've got your assorted Giants, Jets, Panthers, Patriots and, of course, always a few Cowboys fans.
THINGS THAT GENERALLY INTEREST ME MORE THAN SPORTS
